We're Toast and Ei (pronounced A), two teachers who believe childhood should include more time to play, explore and connect with nature.

Ei is an Art SEND teacher and Children's Yoga Instructor, while Toast is a Primary Teacher and Level 3 Forest School Leader. Together, we created FLOWT after seeing how little opportunity many children have to be in a creative flow state (then we added a T to the word FLOW because we live on a narrow boat!)

Living close with nature, off grid and foraging most of our materials is important to us. Our child centred workshops combine all the things we love; Storytelling, Movement, Play, Art and Nature.

We're passionate about helping children build confidence, creativity and a love for the natural world.
