My name is Ei (pronounced ‘A’).
I’m a movement practitioner who believes deeply in simple, connected living. After childhood trauma left me feeling disconnected from myself, movement became the way I found my way home. It taught me how the body holds our stories and how we can gently release and reshape them.
FLOWT blends Pilates, Yoga, Calisthenics and Breathwork to create somatic movement sessions for everybody, at every stage of life. Nature is central to what I do. Living on a boat on the Kennet & Avon Canal, I’m guided by the rhythms of water and season, often teaching outdoors where movement helps us feel grounded and at ease.
I also run FLOWT&: movement-based creative sessions for young people. As a qualified art teacher with years of SEND experience, I bring storytelling, expression and trauma-informed practices into each session to help young people grow strong in body and mind.
I believe everyone deserves to feel at home in their body. If you’re longing to reconnect with your body, to feel stronger, more flexible and more at ease, I would love to welcome you.
